Morey and Bejarano Keep Marissa’s Lady Perfect

February 12, 2022 (Florence, KY)-Marissa’s Lady, piloted by Rafael Bejarano, continues their perfect record by scoring a ‘geared down’ decisive six length win in the 35th running of the Valdale Stakes.

The William E. Morey trained sophomore homebred filly, of Boone Family Trust and Tillema Family Trust, has taken her lifetime record to four wins in four starts including three stakes races.

Foaled and raised at Columbiana Farm for her owners, the filly has now earned $311,816 in her four starts.

The Violence filly is out of Marissa’s Joy and is a half sister to millionaire Richard’s Boy. Marissa’s Joy will be returning to Violence in 2022.
